Port of Registry

I saw a photo of Tiger Woods' yacht PRIVACY (http://www.philly.com/philly/sports/golf/42613497.html- 27th photo in gallery). On the stern, the home port was shown as George Town, Cayman Islands. However, the vessel seemed to be flying the flag of the Falkland Islands.

I don't know much about this, but I thought that the home port was the same as the port of registry, and that the vessel should therefore be flying the flag of the Cayman Islands. Am I wrong about this?

Thanks very much for the quick reply, Seadawg! In the linked photo, PRIVACY is flying a red ensign. I checked the site (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Merchant_flag), and it appears to match the flag below, the civil ensign of The Falkland Islands.

BTW.."Privacy" is a $20M yacht reportedly paid for by Tiger's proceeds from video games..the world has indeed gone completely mad and I need to take up golf!!
