Is Everyone Jumping Ship at SUNY Maritime

I was recently sent a link http://www.suny.edu/hr/compensation/...p/Maritime.cfm

If you open the link you see that SUNY HR is looking for a new Master/Captain, Chief Engineer, and Regimental Affairs Officer. What does this mean for the ones currently in place? Is this just an old post? Does this man they are quitting? Were they let go? Anyone have an idea?

I'm not sure they are looking to hire anyone. Those look like position descriptions, not job announcements.

I just got a call from Schuyler's HR department asking me to pull this post... the jobs were apparently filled months ago.
