Looking at the specs you've listed, you have obviously copied from some other vessel because your wish list is so specific. I personally don't feel in the size you seek, you'll be able to find a vessel that can carry liquid mud.

Have you been in touch with all the brokers who specialize in offshore vessels such as Marcon (www.marcon.com)?
