    I am looking for feed back on how a crewing agent would be received at a academy carrier fair.

    What is a "crewing agent"? You mean a headhunter?

    FOC shipping companies don't hunt for heads, they hire entire crews. Google "Philippines crewing agent" or some such. It's how most of the worlds shipping crews up ships.
