Where is the reference that says that someone who takes the 500/1600 ton mate exam in or after 2002 can upgrade to 3m/2m without further testing?

I'm working on it now. They have no record that I ever tested for mate and were not aware of policy letter 11-07...

They are always there under the policy and guidance tab.

Occasionally they are not. I'm not sure why, it's apparently not intentional and quickly fixed when discovered. I've fouind that tab missing a couple of times.

I didn't. I will have a tonnage restriction of 2000grt / 4000gt.
