East Coast single hull vacuum.
The word travelling around NYC is all the single hull and old tugs that went to Nigeria were bought by a nigerian 'front' man that is actually a Chinese venture!

As long as the Chinese are doing well, we in the US can expect them to wish us well.
We owe them soooo much money the last thing they want is us to go bankrupt!
They have the opposite of the baby-boomer problem we have here; their previous policy of 1 child per family is very soon to catch up with them.
