You may have a problem using the TOARs listed there. They are from NVIC 4-01 and were only inetended to describe the tasks that must be done. There is a lot of other information that is requiredd bt 46 CFR 11.304(h) that is not listed there. To use those, you will need to supplement with the missing information.

Speaking of nice page of links.... I miss the "Tools" link that gCapt. used to have, cant find it anymore... used to have a lot of stuff there.... Some time ago, I had a bunch of good stuff to add to it, but It's no longer there, and the computer I had it on took a s**t. bunch of stuff down the tubes.
