Sunoco refineries closing!

Just wondering what everyone thinks about sunoco statement about getting out of that sector of it's business. Said to either close or sell there Philly refineries by July 2011. Wondering if this is where we are headed!?

Girard pt was old and antiquated when Gulf owned it. Then Chevron bought it ( and did nothing to it). Then Sun bought it. IMHO it has most likely outlived its usefulness ( several decades ago) and is too outdated to keep running. They will use other refineries, or more likely just keep bringing in refined product ready to distribute at the other terminals up and down the coast.
