Default You guessed it, another RFPNW question

I'm an AB-Special with BST/PSC but not RFPNW. Can I serve as an AB on a tug under 200tons sailing international? Based on my research id need it on a boat over 500tons. Thanks for the help

You probably need it. That 500 tpns threshold you found is gross tons under ITC, and the boat's tonnage you rerport as being under 200 is probably the gross register tonnage (GRT). Most tugs that are just under 200 GRT are over 500 GT ITC. .

I just looked up the GT ITC of the 3 tugs I know the company owns and they are all under 350 GT ITC.
