Chart Correction Index Cards/Garbage Log

I need a source for the 5" x 8" Chart Correction Index Cards and a source for a Garbage Log.
I would be grateful for any help.

We downloaded our chart correction cards online, I'm not sure where it came from, but the Mate at the time found them online and printed them....might even be on the NTM site?

Yep, lots of dock time. Been throwing out clutter, lots and lots of clutter. Old manuals and crap no longer relevant. I think we're sitting a little higher in the water now because of it.
