Received some suggestions, here and in some PMs, that i should let the NMC decide what I'm eligible for. Sounds OK to me, I would probably short change myself. So...When submitting the application, should I put " <span style="color: #ff0000]All licenses qualified for</span>" in the <strong>Applying for</strong> section of the CG-719B? Is this a good idea. I hesitate to leave it blank.

I've heard of people using: "Master and/or Mate, highest tonnage and route qualified for." I don't know if it works, you could call them and ask.
    I made you look!

If you apply for the lowest license they will approve the lowest license. If you apply for a license higher than what you are eligible, they will evaluate the applicacation and approve the highest you can sit for. Shoot for the moon.
