    Wink Congratulations to RJBPilot

I got a call thursday from RJB, an old friend and wonderful man with a beautiful family. He just finished testing and passed his exams for Second Mate, Oceans, 1600 Ton Master, Oceans and Inland Master, AGT. I hope he doesn't get mad that I post this, but I want to be the first one here to offer my heartfelt, public congratulations to a very deserving and hard working mate. It is my honor to call him, "Shipmate".

    rjb,
I thought you started this thread for a split second. Funny, made me think of the guy that did not get a medal after asking for one.
