Hello, I just had a question that maybe someone could answer. I am a qmed and I just recently took a lifeboatman class. My question is does that give me an endorsement and a stcw?

Have you taken BST as well? You need that for STCW.

I do have my BST so does that mean I will get the STCW and the endorsement

Beyond BST I don't know what engine room types have to do to get STCW. There are several engineers who lurk around here who might be able to help you though.
