Large vessel due 2013?

Can anyone help?

I'm looking for information on what i am lead to believe is a 400m LOA, 100m Beam and 17m draught vessel due for delivery 3rd 1/4 of 2013.

Has anyone heard of this veesel? know where it is being constructed and who for?

How about narrowing it down a little bit?
I can tell u it is NOT being built in the US. I assure there is a commercial site (Maritime Reporter or Marine Executive) that may have a list of vessels being built.

at one time there was some uber mega drillship supposed to be under construction in China...is that the ship you refer to? If so, it see no more mention of it anywhere so think that one didn't get off the ground.

Or are you referring to the PIETER SCHELTE being built for Allseas
