Potential PMI entrant with questions

Hay all, I have been looking at the school and the workboat mate program for some time. I have sailed as an OS and a Wiper a little bit deep sea and on the lakes. I have some questions about what all would I need to get into the program and how much it costs all together (after what you make at sea) and how easy it would be to turn a limited mates licence into an Unlimited 3rd. Also I was wondering how much the hotel there in Seattle and do you need a car to get from the hotel to the school.....more questions when i can think of them
