Offshore oil rig counts

Hi - I was wondering if anyone knew where I could find out how many offshore rigs (gas and oil) there are in each of the seas? I'm looking to make a data map of all of them.

I think rigzone would be the place to start looking.

You can start by getting the names of the large ones at ShipbuildingHistory.com then go to places like sailwx.info to get the last known locations.
