I will definitely tell Richard you said hello next time that i see him. Both seem to be very level headed and working towards making the company a desirable place to work and a better company overall.
Welcome to gCaptain! I had the priveledge of working for Richard from 2005 (Rigdon) until he left Gulfmark. Richard, I felt was a very fair man you had an open door policy (when Rigdon still owned the company). Unfortunately, when Gulfmark bought Rigdon the views differed from what Gulfmark wanted and how Richard operated with Rigon. Jay - Did not have any interaction with Jay, but have worked with his brother. From what I have seen when Jay was with Rigdon, he has good business sense.
