Hello Steve

I know from our last conversation that you are very busy with DWH matters but I wanted to tell you that I have filed a formal complaint with the USCG against Veolia Environmental for their deceiptful practices and am also filing formal comment against the Proposed Rulemaking by the USCG to recognize foreign STCW certificates and issue license endorsements to foreign officers allowing them the right to serve on US flagged vessels.
