Upgrade from 200 ton to 1600

I have a 200 t nc 500 t itc with a master of towing unlimited radar and stcw. Now I know I need a whole lot more in order to do it, and I figured that I could get some good help from the forum. Thank you D.C.

What i needed was:

Adv fire fighting
Medical care provider
Vessel security officer
Bridge resource mgmt

It could have changed in the mean time.
