Does anyone who has taken these courses recommend any of them even though they are no longer necessary?

I took the Advanced Stability course at MITAGS, and I can honestly say that it was very helpful in preparing me for the Chief Mate Exam. The only other class that I would recommend is the Cargo Handling course. I had quite a few cargo related questions on the deck safety portion of the exam.
