    Default Horsepower license question

For the purposes of upgrading lets say you worked on a vessel for the required length of time that had 6,500hp, (6,500hp x 150% = 9,750hp, which gets rounded up to the next thousandth, so 10,000hp.

Does this count as Unlimited HP?

Or does it need to be over 10,000hp to count as Unlimited HP?
    6,700hp x 150% = 10,050hp, (does this get rounded to 11,000hp ??)

If your qualifying time is over 4000 HP, you can sit for unlimited HP.

It's called a checklist. Very simple to find at the national maritime center website.
