Default seatime for 500t master and 1600t master

good day!!!just want to know whats the sea time for 500t master and 1600t master..just the plain english not the complicated one...heard of 480 days seatime for upgrading from 500t mate to 1600t master..currently working as a mate osv in the gulf...Is't much easier to get first my 500t master then get the seatime and be eligible for the 1600t master? My purpose is to get my 1600t master in the shortest seatime required..thanks

The requirements are at the end of the checklist. You will have to figure out which one you qualify for based on you sea service already obtained.....

    HTH, it's pretty straight forward.
