If i have a third mate unlimited license is that my rating too? and my id # the same?

With 3rd Mate unlimited, your ratings endorsement should be listed as "any unlicensed rating in the deck department, including Able Seaman" The AB endorsement would be considered to be AB-unlimited. Your "id" umber is listed as the mariner reference number. This never changes as you renew and/or upgrade.
