Interesting article, but I think the title is incorrect? "Joint Venture Likely to Create Leading U.S. Tug Operation​" This is about a Chilean shipping company and Dutch dredging company joining forces in South America, not the U.S. Am I missing something here? Maybe this joint venture is going to create the largest tug operation in the Americas?

I was thinking that myself. Did some research and it seems like there is some confusion. I'm sure it is in fact "Americas". Tradewinds reported US as well. Anyway, stupid interns... they're staying in the basement.
