Gcaptain and anything in the world news..![]()
"Captain standard operating procedure for decision making is to do what feels right to you at the time, and then to give logical sounding justifications for what you were already going to do anyway" -
Um, hello?
gCaptain in case it wasn't obvious. I love these guys!
Best blog, most informative and up to date information, more word on the waterfront, but less bullcrap, and a fantastic community of professional mariners [with just the very occasional knucklehead that gets a dose of reality from Capt_Anonymous, Anchorman, Capt. Lee, rjbpilot, 10talents, etc. (Shellback & OS, you are too nice to make the list)].

I didn't know there was a site other then GCaptain
If you hear me yell "Eject,"Eject Eject. the last two will be echos. If you stop to ask why? you'll be talking to yourself, because by then you'll be the Pilot
Without a doubt, gCaptain is where I start. Cargolaw.com has an up to date "casualty" list that is interesting...Casualty and Piracy reports/Daily Vessel Casualty reports. They also have some good (interesting) photos. There are others, Marinelog.com, Rigzone, Workboat....
Fairplay and Lloyd's List.
And gCaptain.
One more vote for the gangstaCaptain!
got a list of 23 in my favorites..some I try to monitor daily, weekly, monthly..other are visited when needed..some are set up on email alerts..all this dependant on time permitting..gcaptain is the exception as I try to check this site twice daily.
