[Jones Act]

Dear Members-

An article that I recently wrote was placed on http://www.theartofdredging.com/jonesactii.htm. It is nothing fancy but gives a good basic "starting point" understanding of the law covering injured seaman. There are obviously a thousand sub-issues involved but its good for a start. I hope you like it.
