Question,
I have my T.W.I.C and my MMC but I do not have my STWC. Is there any jobs where I can apply to that are somewhat entry level positions?

Entry level or not you can not work offshore without STCW. You'll have to work inland. Try Marquette Transportation. Or Kirby marine.

Crewboats, utility boats, vessels under 100 tons might be an option. No STCW needed.

Those are options, and valid ones at that, you don't even need your MMC.
