You didn't paste the whole thing; it starts out with "This position IS ALSO BEING announced under SWGJ11491304550339MP for "Status....". That means there are 2 announcements, one for the public and one for folks with "status", like already in the DoA or a military veteran, etc. In any event, I'd guess getting this job might be a hard nut to crack for someone "off the street".

Your school is supposed to get you a cadet spot and even if they do not get it for you they are the ones to ask for information.

yes i know that but is hard to get a vacancy ,and i want faster if you understand me ,because i must to take license next year . And i look for a company or someone could help me to get a vacancy .
