i am desperately trying to get on board a gilnetter for salmon in bristol bay this year, i have 6 seasons on board a cod long liner as a deckhand, i have MMD, and TWIC, any help?

You may try a marine fisheries observer position to keep you in/near the field. ( there are many companies that supply and train - use web search )
