Company Pay scales

In another industy that I used to work in, there were several places you could look at different companies payscales. We should post current payscales of different marine companies. It would need to be first hand current, knowledge, not "I heard they pay...", or "when I started in 1994 I made...." positions like Deckhand, OS, AB, tankerman, mate, Capt., ect,.........could be listed. The name of the company could be on the title of the message. What do ya'll think?
