    Whos Hiring mates for tugs on the east coast? any recommendations or companies to stay away from

    Who's NOT is the better question in my mind.
    K-SEA alone has got anywhere from 4 to 6 tugs (and barges) that WERE up in NY collecting dust are either in or on their way to GoM to support BP and the clean up effort.
    I'll bet BOUCHARD and MORAN are sending a chunk down too. I'd start there.
