    Default Sause Bros employment question

On Sause Bros. website under the employment section it said "Day-for-day accumulated time off. In essence, you will work for six months and be paid for twelve." Is that a typical pay scale in the tug boat industry to be paid day-for-day?

Lots of tug companies pay ATO. With Sause, you earn a paid day off for every day you work. I believe the most common rotation with Sause is 45 on, 45 off. Crowley has the same arrangement on their outside tugs, the harbor guys don't earn ATO.

I have a good friend who works for Sause. He loves it and couldn't be happier with the company.
