    Default Huricane Irene update Thursday Evening Aug. 25th

    Major Hurricane Irene moved over Abaco Island in the Bahamas this afternoon where a minimum pressure of 950mb was recorded. Irene continues to move north-northeastward at 12kts/14mph but should turn northward early Friday.
