Default Alex Update Monday June 28th

TS Alex is slowly regaining strength today with more rapid intensification likely Tuesday. Current track estimates suggest that Alex will make landfall near the Texas/Mexico border early Thursday with max winds near 100mph. Currently there is a 67% probability that Brownsville will experience at least tropical storm force winds, a 33% probability for damaging 50K+ winds and 16% probability for Hurricane force winds.
