    Default Bill to bring heavy waves

    Hurricane Bill will be moving northward off the US East Coast this weekend then moves across the Canadian Maritimes late Sunday and Monday bringing heavy sea and swell conditions to the waters from the US Middle Atlantic Coast to the waters south and east of the Maritimes.
