OSV's and first aid equip.
Should OSV's be carrying AED's, backboards, medical oxygen, first aid and trauma kits?

Check the CFR's. Most owners will only put the minimum on board.

I was just informed by the Master we do have O2. It is in his office that's why I haven't seen it. If I'm not mistaken all the SOLAS vessel in our fleet have the aforementioned items.

Not AED's we're not. Maybe you do because you are on a FRAC boat which is a different section of the CFR's and not required under SOLAS, yet.
