XXXL Lifejacket Extensions?

We recieved the following from our Classification Society (Lloyds):

WITH EFFECT FROM 1ST JULY 2010
ALL VESSELS ARE TO BE PROVIDED WITH
A SUFFICIENT NUMBER OF SUITABLE
ACCESSORIES FOR LIFEJACKETS WHICH
HAVE NOT BEEN DESIGNED TO FIT PERSONS
UP TO 140KG AND WITH A CHEST GIRTH OF
1,750MM, TO ALLOW THE LIFEJACKETS TO
BE SECURED TO SUCH PERSONS.
TO BE VERIFIED AT NEXT ATTENDANCE

Does this mean we need to purchase extensions for the lifejacket straps? Does anyone know where to buy these or have the manufacturer part numbers handy?

We are just purchasing 1 jacket setup as we don't expect to have someone that size, but do need to meet the requirement. I have found only one extender made by Mustang - Pfd Belt Extender Model # 10801652 , but it only fits lifejackets with the same type buckle. The only life jacket I have found that matched the extender is Kent Type I Foam Life Jacket, both can be found at West Marine. I am attaching link's to take you to the 2 products.
