    <font color="#000000]<span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: "luxi-sans-1"]</span></font><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: "luxi-sans-1"]<font color="#000000]A 3<sup>rd</sup> party commercial cargo vessel (4209 GT) apparently off course en route to Jakarta and not on BP business was observed to take evasive action to avoid collision with the APN-A platform resulting in a passing distance estimated to be 5 meters.</font></span><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: "luxi-sans-1"]<font color="#000000]Once the risk of collision was seen to be apparent (when the cargo vessel was at a range of 4 miles) the BP Support vessel on station at the platform repeatedly attempted to contact the cargo vessel by marine VHF without response.</font></span><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: "luxi-sans-1"]<font color="#000000]There were no injuries and no property damages associated with this incident. <span>*</span></font></span><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: "luxi-sans-1"]<font color="#000000]*</font></span><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: "luxi-sans-1"]<font color="#000000]*</font></span><strong><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: 'Univers 45 Light']<font color="#000000]<font face="Times New Roman]Potential Outcome:</font></font></span></strong><span style="font-weight: normal; font-size: 11pt; font-family: "luxi-sans-1"]<font color="#000000]APN-A NUI Platform collapse, multiple fatalities, major gas release, fire and explosion.</font></span><font color="#000000]<span style="font-weight: normal; font-size: 11pt; font-family: "luxi-sans-1"]Major business interruption and loss of gas production of about 80 MMSCFD which is approx 30% of the greater </span><span style="font-weight: normal; font-size: 11pt; font-family: "luxi-sans-1"]Jakarta</span><span style="font-weight: normal; font-size: 11pt; font-family: "luxi-sans-1"] power demand. <span>*</span></span></font>
