Hi John,
Am I missing the functionality associated with submitting a resume? I will certainly be posting mine after exams this week - just wondering if they are searchable by potential employers at this time, etc.

We are still working on this feature. As of now we check the incoming resumes and if we know of a job that seems like a good match we notify the candidate and facilitate contact with the employer.

But... we are still looking for ideas here!?
