On the "job links" , it would be easier if they opened up in a new page.

I like the layout of the page a lot. The ability to comment on postings is a great feature and a must keep! I didn't actually try to upload my resume, but was wondering what the preferred format is for uploads? Also, the resume section won't be accessible to the search engine spyders, will it?

In my Indeed searches, I've been able to cut down on irrelevant results by searching company names. I set up RSS feeds using an ever-growing list of companies and industry-specific keywords ("Chief Engineer" gets results all over the place, but something like "QMED" or "OICEW" is more limited).

I've attached a copy of my Indeed feeds. If they are something you might be able to use, go right ahead. I know they can be easily plugged into the PIPES module.

I'm going to play around some more, those were some of my initial thoughts.

With the Resume upload I would reccomend just accepting pdf's. No one can complain they can't open it. A free pdf printer I use is Bullzip PDF Printer, as Adobe is far to expensive.

Shoot31, that is actually a big help. We already use indeed to pull in feeds but are still tinkering with the RSS settings.

We are still working out the details of the resume section but it will not get spidered.
