It may be getting close. Delmar is starting to get a little busy. They preset anchor locations for rigs. That is a step in the right direction as that in itself takes permits, but it doesn't mean a rig will be on that particular location tomorrow. We've done presets months before the actual rig got there. The oil companies will not take that first step without know that drilling for the same location will be or is in the process of being approved.

I just found out that the Discoverer Clear Leader has started drilling injection wells for Chevron.
