Dongfang Shipbuilding: Narayanaswamy Steps Down

LONDON (Dow Jones)–Dongfang Shipbuilding Group Co Ltd (DFS.LN) Wednesday announced that Mr Venkatesh Narayanaswamy has stepped down from the board with immediate effect, adding that the board expects a replacement chairman to be appointed in the near future.

-Shares at 1204 GMT flat at GBP0.3 valuing the company at GBP63 million.
