1. Safety of his crew/passengers.
2. Safety of his ship.
3. Safety of cargo aboard Non-passenger ships.
4. Safety of the environment.
Which of the above did this person sustain? NONE!

Fully deserves what he shall receive. Just made it tougher for the real ship Masters to perform their duties in the future. Thx.
