The world’s largest containership, CMA CGM’s M/V Marco Polo transited the Suez Canal over the weekend while on her maiden voyage from the Far East to Europe and back.  Her last port call was at Port Kelang on 19 November.

      When there is a chance of publicity photos the stowage is always planned this way (where possible) irrespective of whether it is the most economical way for the vessel to perform (both with regards to draft as well as loading/discharging performance and additional terminal movements) – can be quite a costly affair to do so not done too often.
