DSC is tricky, I could see problems with new users &quot;testing&quot; it too often. We already have a problem with relay spam... I could could see similar problems with new user spam.</description>

		<description>I see potential issues with a DSC handheld, if the GPS is built in.  DSC numbers are registered to vessels and not radios.

A handheld is easily moved from vessel to vessel.  If the DSC emergency function is used, the CG and others could be looking for the wrong vessel.

There needs to be a way to easily disable the DSC function if it exists, as I expect it does bucasue of the display on the radio.</description>
